Tomasz Froelich

Tomasz Mariusz Froelich[1] (born 1988 in Hamburg) is a politician of the Alternative for Germany. He is vice-president of Young Alternative, the far-right youth organisation of AfD.[2] Froelich is the personal assistant to party leader Jörg Meuthen and head of his office.[3]

Tomasz M. Froelich studied at the University of Wien and is holding Degrees in Political science and internationale relations. He worked volteerly at the Ludwig von Mises Institut at Warsaw, Poland. His liberterian Netblog "www.freitum.de" was honored with the Roland-Baader-price in 2021.

The election of Froelich at the board of Young Alternative for Germany is seen as an approximation to the mother party AfD.[4][5]

Froelich is an author of the right-wing libertarian magazine "eigentümlich frei".[6] He wrote a book in which he argued in favour of privatizing the educational system.[7] In 2015 he published the German translation of Gustave de Molinari's book "Production of Security".[8]

Up from 2020 Froelich works for a player agency in the soccer industry.[9]
