Tonya Rouse

Tonya Rouse is a former TV personality and a Fitness Specialist on Citytv in Toronto.
Rouse began her broadcasting career with the New VR and before moving to Citytv in Toronto. She was also the host for the show Perfect Fit Thursdays @ 5:00 PM EST on CP24. Rouse left CityTV in January 2008.
Rouse is a triathlete and was World Duathlon Champion in 1996 and World Duathlon Silver Medalist in 1997.
Since leaving broadcasting Rouse is a certified fitness and nutrition expert.
