Adejumobi Oluwatosin Akinkunmi (born May 24, 1990), known as Tosin Bee, is a Nigerian contemporary Christian singer-songwriter and recording artist from Oyo state – Ogbomoso to be precise. Tosin is an English graduate of the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun state.[1]

Early life[edit]
Tosin Bee is a contemporary African gospel musician. Already, he has an album titled “Testimony”, which he described as a summary of all God had done for him.[2]
Musical career[edit]
Tosin joined a group, ‘da roots’, a 3 man music band which consisted of himself, Rumide and Sam. They rocked the town and traveled through the western states of the country to bless lives with a new formatted music-ministration. However the group disbanded due to various career pursuit. It was here that Tosin decided to forge on and make a career out of music.[3] The Word of God is his main source that drives him on to greater heights. And this kept him going in spite of adversities. His debut album Testimony was released in 2016. It was a 14-track album and was distributed by Sybuk Communication. His second album You Are God was released in 2018. He is currently known as Nigeria's Hottest Gospel Fuji artiste Now in Nigeria. Tosin’s sonorous voice continues to captivate his listening audience. Unequivocally, his unique style of gospel music largely consists that of RnB, Hip-fuji, Jazz, Ewi (traditional yoruba chant) injects a breath of fresh air in the Nigerian gospel arena. Already his Album ”You Are God” is fast becoming a favorite in Christian circles[4] and beyond – even in the secular world.

Adejumobi Oluwatosin Akinkunmi (Known as Tosin Bee) is a member of The Redeemed Christian Church of God in Nigeria and One Hallelujah Records Music Ministry alongside other gospel musicians including Nathaniel Bassey, Frank Edwards, Eben.[5]

Awards and nominations[edit]
Tosin was nominated as the Gospel artist of the year in the sixth annual Nigeria Entertainment Awards (NEA). Tosin Bee received Three awards at His Majesty Award 2018: male artist of the year, song of the year and best male vocal.[6] Best hit single at the One Hallelujah awards 2017/ and 3 awards at the Nigeria gospel music awards (male artiste of the year,song of the year and best male vocal).
