Toufic Kreidieh is a businessman, entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist and founding partner and CEO of the Brands for Less (BFL) Group, an international discount retailer founded in 1996.[1][2][3][4]
Toufic Kreidieh founded BFL in 1996, with their first store in Lebanon.[5][6][7] BFL established its first store and corporate headquarters in the United Arab Emirates in 2000. [8] and its first Tchibo store store was launched in 2006.[9][10][11][12]
Biography[edit]
Toufic was a survivor of the Civil War in Lebanon. He completed a degree in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Business Management from the American University in Beirut, Lebanon.[13][14][15]
Kreidieh was instrumental in expanding the BFL Group's portfolio beyond the original Brands for Less platform, through the acquisition and development of additional concepts such as Toys For Less, Homes For Less, Tchibo, and MUMUSO.[16][17] BFL Group has dozens of stores in major cities across Europe and the Middle East.[18][6][7][19]
BFL Group[edit]
The BFL Group was founded by Toufic Kreidieh and Yasser Beydoun in 1996.[20][21] It is headquartered in Dubai.[8][9]
Its headquarters are currenly located in Techno Park, Dubai, UAE. It has locations across the UAE, including in Abu Dhabi,[5] as well as in neighboring countries such as Oman.[6][7]
BFL, which stands for "Brands for Less,"[19] has exmore than 74 stores spread over 6 countries in the Middle East and Europe (including Spain and Malta[22]).[18] It has expanded with brands such as Homes For Less, Toys For Less, Mumuso, and Tchibo.[23]
BFL Group's stores are variety stores that carry items including clothing, sportswear, toys, kitchen products, and others.[24]
