Travis Switzer (born November 11, 1992) is an American football coach who is the run game coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). He joined Baltimore’s staff in 2017 and has worked across multiple offensive roles, including wide receivers, tight ends and run-game projects, before being elevated to run game coordinator in 2023. Early life and playing career

Switzer is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he was a three-year letterwinner at Conestoga Valley High School. He played center at the University of Akron from 2011 to 2014, making 36 consecutive starts and earning Academic All-MAC honors in 2014.

Switzer began his NFL career with Baltimore in 2017 in an administrative–performance capacity. He served as an offensive coaching analyst (2019–2020), assisting the wide receivers, then worked closely with the tight ends as offensive quality control (2021) and offensive assistant (2022), returning to offensive quality control in 2023. He was promoted to run game coordinator in 2023.

In 2023, Baltimore’s ground game led the NFL with 2,661 rushing yards (156.6 per game) and set a franchise record with 26 rushing touchdowns.
