Tree Of Life is a survival massive multiplayer online game made by the Korean video game developer OddOneGames.[1] The game has been in development since June 2012, and entered Early Access in May 25, 2015.[2] Tree Of Life uses OddOneGames's own "Clay 2 Engine" specifically created to handle the fast rendering required for its open world and large-scale castle sieges,[3] and was released for Microsoft Windows on August 17, 2017.[4]

Gameplay[edit]

Players collect various materials to build bases which they can share with other players. each of them has their own level, own mobs, and own resources. The players decide the economy in Tree Of Life. There is a dynamic day/night cycle with a gradual progression of lighting effects in Tree of Life, the player must defend their base against greedy players, eager to kill peaceful citizens.[5]

Reception[edit]

Tree Of Life received generally favorable reviews from critics, currently holding a score of 3.75/5 on mmos.com.[6] On Steam, however, it received mixed reviews. Only 65% of the 5,181 total reviews are positive, but its recent reviews show that 80% of the 10 users in the last month gave it positive ratings.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many It also received a gamerscore of 6.51 on whatoplay based on 5,180 user reviews.[7]
