Tristan Capital Partners is a private equity real estate asset management firm with over €10 billion in assets under management across ten funds. It was launched in 2009 following a client-led lift-out of Curzon Global Partners, the European affiliate of US property firm AEW.

Tristan is the portfolio manager for core plus funds Curzon Capital Partners III, Curzon Capital Partners IV and Tristan’s pioneering 'long life' CCP 5 LL; and for the private equity funds European Property Investors, LP, European Property Investors Special Opportunities, LP, European Property Investors Special Opportunities 3, LP, European Property Investors Special Opportunities 4 LP and European Property Investors Special Opportunities 5 LP.
Tristan’s headquarters are in London and it has offices in Luxembourg, Milan, Paris, Stockholm, Frankfurt, Madrid, and Warsaw. The firm was founded by Ric W. Lewis, Tristan's Chairman and Co-CEO.
