Tulsi Kumar Bhagat (Nepali: तुलसी भगत, born April 15, 1999) is the chief information officer and board member of the Open Knowledge For All. He is also a Nepalese online and social activist, open-source enthusiast and executive manager. Bhagat use open-source information to empower various languages, and preserve the contents such as text, picture, audio, video, statistics, etc. He was honoured as Featured Wikimedian of the Month by Wikimedia India. He is best known for initiating and leading awareness campaign about Wikipedia, entitled as Wiki Awareness Campaign in Nepal.
Early life and education[edit | edit source]
Bhagat raised and completed his 10th grade education in Rajbiraj. After that he returned to his hometown Janakpur for further secondary level education. He has passed 10+2 in Management faculty, and pursuing his bachelor degree in Business Management at Model Multiple College.

Wikimedia projects[edit | edit source]
Bhagat has taken part in various projects, sometimes as organizer or participant related to global Wikimedia movement. He has focused approach and authored more than five hundred articles on Maithili Wikipedia, and celebrated it's first anniversary in Rajbiraj on November 7, 2015. He has played great role in organizing Wikicamp Nepal 2018. He is the first Nepalis who has taken and completed 100wikidays challenge.
