Turan Valizada (Azerbaijani: Turan Nəsimi oğlu Vəlizadə; born 1 January 2001) is an Azerbaijani football midfielder who currently plays for Neftchi Baku in the Azerbaijan Premier League. Valizada played for all youth levels of Azerbaijan national team.

Club career[edit]

Turan Valizada was born in Julfa, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan in 2001. He moved to Baku with his family as a child and started playing football in the Turkish Football School in 2007.

Neftchi Baku[edit]

Played for Neftchi Baku's youth team (U-11) from 2009 to 2011. The first coach was Rufat Guliyev.

On first January 2019, Neftchi Baku signed with Valizada contract until the end of 2020-21 season.[1] On 3 January, «Neftchi» announce about the signing of Turan Valizada from «Fenerbahçe» on a three-year contract.[2]

Valizada made his debut in the Azerbaijani Premier League for «Neftchi Baku» on May 5, 2019 in the match of round 27 against «Gabala».[3]. He played the second match for the main team in the Premier League on October 27, 2019 in the IX round match against «Sumgayit».[4].

Elince FK[edit]

In 2011 he began performing at «Elince» football club. For two years in a now he became the top scorer of the championship.

Fenerbahçe SK[edit]

From May 2015 to October 2016 Valizada played for the youth (U-15) team of the Turkish football club «Fenerbahce».

Qarabag FK[edit]

In October 2016 he signed a contract with «Qarabag» FK.

He made his debut for Azerbaijan national under-19 football team on 14 November 2018 in a 2018–19 UEFA Nations League D game against Israel.[6][7]
