Twenty Five Ten is the debut album by French Producer Luke Mornay. It was released on 26 February 2021 by Mornay Music and GR8 AL Music.Back in 2016, Mornay decided to create an album to connect genres, eras & mix generations. Somehow connect the dots between timelines in a unified story. The album was mainly produced at the producer's studio and finalized during the 2020 Lockdown.
Mornay's Twenty Five Ten is named in homage to his late mother’s birthday.
Twenty Five ten Freshly released is receiving positive reviews from music critics, with praise for the vast soundscape (some of it veering into cyberpunk, Blade Runneresque territories) it provides and for unveiling a complex and beautiful tapestry.
Background[edit]
Production on Twenty Five Ten basically began in Summer 2016 with Sketches Mornay would provide to some artists to sing on or songs that were submitted to him by his collaborators. Kevin Godley[1] unveiled their ongoing collaboration on his website : A few months back Luke Mornay asked if I’d be interested in writing and performing on an instrumental track he’d recorded for his new album TWENTY FIVE TEN, this information was then reported by ABC News,[2] as a version of their collaboration made it to a 10CC Anthology Boxset.[3] Various artists joined him on his journey: James Atkin, the erstwhile EMF frontman, Rachael Atkin, Model Roxy Horner, Nick Tart, Melanie Taylor, Louisiana Funk Band Phat Hat, Lucy Pullin and Flora.
The COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, put the project on halt, as Mornay fell hill with extreme exhaustion symptoms. After his recovery, he put the final touches and recorded a new song which would be the last addition to his debut album, Titled The System based on the world's troubling events.
Singles[edit]
"The System" was released as the first single from the album. It premiered on 28 November 2020 On Beats Radio in Sweden and VH2 Radio in the US. Mornay penned and produced The System in response to the saddening and challenging times the world is going through.

Eoghan Lyng of New Sounds Magazine UK praised the album for providing a vast soundscape (some of it veering into cyberpunk, Blade Runneresque territories), but never at the expense of the vocalists in question. Also describing Mornay as one of the more original producers of his generation while treating his vocalists with tremendous reverence.The Magazine gave Twenty Five ten a 5 out of 5 Star.
