Twentyseven is an Italian free-to-air television channel, owned and operated by Mediaset. It was founded and started to broadcast in 2022.
History[edit]
Following the acquisition by Mediaset of the LCN 27, 49 and 67, previously used by ViacomCBS Networks Italia, the channel started its broadcasts on January 17 2022 at 1:30 to replace Paramount Network.
Diffusion[edit]
Twentyseven broadcasts 24 hours a day in the following transmission modes:
- in terrestrial digital in standard definition within multiplex Mediaset 1 (in the coding standard MPEG-4) and Network A 1 (in MPEG-2).
- via satellite Hotbird 13C in HD on the Sky and Tivùsat platforms.
