TwinMOS has manufacturing facilities located in Hsinchu, Taiwan and Dongguan and Xinchang County in China the Xinchang factory began production in 1999. It has offices in the United States, Germany, Netherlands, Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and China . TwinMOS Technologies Middle East FZE distributes its products either in its brand name (TwinMOS) or through Original equipment manufacturer and original design manufacturing. They export to 45 countries such as Africa and countries in the CIS region[3]. It opened it's operation in India in 2005[1]. In the United Arab Emirates, TwinMOS acts as its own Distributor. Hub for Africa, rest of the Gulf, Persian Gulf, Levant, Eastern Europe, CIS, and South Asia[4] is in Dubai[5]. In other countries, TwinMOS uses a distributor to manage its sales and business development.

TwinMOS Technologies, founded in 1998 in Taiwan. It started its journey as a manufacturer of memory chips for system integrators. in 2001 its headquarter was moved to DAFZA, Dubai, United Arab Amirates[6] They launched DDR2 Twister DRAM For Desktop in April, 2004[7] and PC2700 DRAM in 2002 in the market.[8] On 2006 The Taiwan-based memory-module maker TwinMOS Technologies to extend its presence in the overseas market merged with the Singapore-based memory-module maker Memory Devices, via a stock swap and Established HQ in Dubai, United Arab Emirates[9]
