Ujyaalo Radio Network (Nepali: उज्यालो रेडियो नेटवर्क) is a FM station based in Kathmandu, Nepal operated by Communication Corner, a private company.[1]:47 Launched in 1998, it is the largest radio network of Nepal with more than 220 partner radio stations[2][3], about one hundred of them are community-run stations.[1]:47 According to its report, the network has coverage to about 80% of Nepal via partner radio stations.[4] The link to the partner stations is provided by its private satellite link. Prior to access to the satellite link, the radio programs were shared using telephones links, cassettes or CD.[1]:53 The audienceship is estimated to be about 200,000 on daily basis.[5]
