Unitronics (1989) (R”G) Ltd. is a company of international scope in the field of industrial automation. Its designs, manufactures, and markets industrial automation products through its three segments: Products, Logistics Solutions, and Parking Solutions.

Headquartered in Israel, Unitronics international operations cover over 50 countries, and supported by a network of professionals comprising over 140 distributors, sales reps and local service agents worldwide.

Unitronics was incorporated in August 1989 by current CEO Mr. Haim Shani, as a private company and now is a publicly traded on both the Euronext Brussels Securities Market (Euronext) and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Operating segments[edit]

Product Division - The Company engages in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, sale and support of PLCs (programmable logic controllers).

Unitronics is the pioneer of programmable logic controller with integrated HMI. Such PLC + HMI compact controllers enable one single integrated device to be installed. The industries served include: petrochemical, automotive, food processing, plastic and textile, energy and environment, waste water, oil, gas and pharmaceuticals.

Unitronics’ has been honored by Frost & Sullivan’s 2016 Product Line Strategy Leadership Award.

Logistic Solutions- Provide services for a diverse range of industries, with particular expertise in automated warehouses and distribution centers. Unitronics Logistic Solutions designs and builds new systems from the ground up.

Unitronics Automation Solutions - Specializes in Automatic Parking Systems (APS). Development, design, marketing, production, construction and maintenance of robotic parking systems, including the construction of new systems and/or the upgrading and rendering serviceable of existing systems, and provision of maintenance services for these systems through framework arrangements or on a service call basis.
