The Untitled Formula One docu-series is an upcoming collaboration between Netflix and Formula One to give an exclusive behind the scenes look at the 2018 Formula One World Championship. The Netflix original docu-series is set to premiere in early 2019.[1][2]

Premise[edit]

The ten-part docu-series "will be the first to truly immerse the audience inside the cockpits, the paddock and the lives of the key players in Formula 1". The series will cover the 2018 Formula One World Championship and "have unparalleled and exclusive access to the world’s fastest drivers, team principals and owners, as well as Formula 1’s own management team."[2]

On 24 March 2018, Formula One announce that Netflix had commissioned a ten episode docu-series giving an exclusive behind the scenes look at the 2018 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The series is set to premiere on Netflix in early 2019.[1]

The series will be executive produced by James Gay-Rees and Paul Martin for the production company, Box to Box Films. Sophie Todd will be the production's showrunner.[2]
