Early Life[edit]
Tamuno-omie Nime Lazarus popularly known as VDJ Tflexx, is a fast rising Port Harcourt[1] based Disc Jockey. He started his career professionally in 2010. With consistent release of several mixtapes promoting talents from his region to date. VDJ Tflexx[2], has accompanied his successful career with the release of a multiple track singles within the soundscape. And it has helped carve a unique musical niche for himself which he termed “Afrocult[3].”

Also, Tflexx, has earned several award nominations within the Southern part of Nigeria. While he has become fully recognized as one of the the hardest working DJs within the music landscape. He has dished out many songs since his career inception to date. Including a debut EP culiminating the golden inputs of a slew of renowed super talented Southern Nigeria based record producers, singers and rappers.
In 2018, prior to his official kick off as a pro Disc Jockey. He released his debut single titled “Good,” adding the sweet effort of one of Port Harcourt’s most unique voices known as Nathan Walid. He also has acquired other mind-blowing singles. One, with South-East finest rappers Kola Boy in 2021 for a track tagged “Pitakwa.” That alludes to the city one of the most hardest working DJs started his career.
VDJ Tflexx, has also secured other hot singles. Including one of his career’s most biggest bangers in 2020 tagged “Pose For Me” featuring Kennyexy and Pizo. He has also driven a career that has made controversial and well known bangers within the Southern part of the country. And his career lifespan has spawned in time that now he has his eagles eye on to spotlight and scout the finest talents to accompany his new songs.
Tflexx has performed on the big stages. As currently, his pedestal is set to take his music and the culture behind his sounds to global terrain. VDJ Tflexx is pioneering a sub-genre known as “Afro-cult.
