Vahdat Rahimi (born 2 July 1996) is an Afghan and Iranian pop singer[1] and classical musician. Vahdat was born in Ahvaz, Iran. He currently resides in Halmstad, Sweden.[2][3]
Career
Vahdat Rahimi is an Iranian singer [4] He was born in Ahwaz – Iran. His father is from Kabul, Afghanistan[4] and his mother is from Ahwaz – Iran. Vahdat is the middle child of the family and he has two older brothers, Hojat Rahimi, and a younger brother, Benyamin Rahimi, and a sister, Nazanin Rahimi. Vahdat is a singer, composer, arranger, and pianist. He’s not just a musician; he’s a photographer, designer, editor, and music video director. Vahdat has his own studio and he works as a music producer and video director for many Afghan and Iranian singers. Vahdat graduated as a musician [5] and a director from Swedish high school “Sturegymnasiet” in Halmstad. Vahdat learned music from his older brother, Hojat, and for 6 months he had a music teacher in Afghanistan,[6] Kabul, and Vahdat learned classical Indian music and Iranian Music during this time. Vahdat was the first young performer to perform on a big TV program in Kabul concert. He had a lot of programs and concerts on TOLO TV & Ariana TV. 2008 he released his first song called “Ba Kiy Goyam.” This song was a classical music recording in a Kabul studio. This song was a good start for his career and got a lot of awards on radio and television music programs. 2010 Vahdat received a diploma from "Afghan Youth Association.” Vahdat worked with his brother (Hojat Rahimi) in a private studio (RahimiBrothers) as a video director and music producer for all Iranian’s and Afghan’s musicians. He is the best photographer of Iran and Afghanistan. He works with famous artists from Iran and Afghanistan. He released his first song Kodake Afghan ("Afghan Child"), a Classical Music, in 2007. His 2007 song Park Love “All songs of Vahdat on RadioJavan” was equally well received by the public. Rahimi wrote the soundtrack for and had an on-screen appearance in the movie Morsal, a film to be released in Afghanistan in 2018. He also played in every song with his brother Hojat Rahimi; they still work together all the time. Rahimi immigrated to Sweden where he was signed to Radio & TV and a festival. His first song in Europe, published in Sweden, was a new version of Ba ki Goyam, quickly followed by Cheshmat [7] and in 2015, he released To ba Man bodi (You are with me) with his brother.
Born and Education
Vahdat Rahimi was born in (Iran - Ahwaz) in (Khozestan - Ahwaz). Rahimi has a music studio and works for all Iranian’s and Afghan’s artists as a video producer & music producer.[8] Rahimi sometimes goes to a sports club and plays Taekwondo; he has a lot of sports students. Rahimi is single. Rahimi has two brothers, Hojat Rahimi & Benyamin Rahimi, and his sister’s name is Nazanin Rahimi. Rahimi is the second child of the family. His brother is a best musician in Afghanistan & Iran, Hojat Rahimi; these two brothers have worked hard on music.[9]
