Vanessa Marquez (born December 21, 1977) is an American R&B singer. She is most famous for her appearance in the music video of singer Justin Timberlake's 2002 song "Rock Your Body", and for providing background vocals on his song "I'm Lovin' It".

Career[edit]

In 2001, Marquez signed to Arista as a joint venture with Star Trak Entertainment, owned by Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo of The Neptunes. Marquez also did backup vocals with Bow Wow, Nelly and Usher.

In the last year of her contract with Star Trak Entertainment, Marquez was to join a Latin R&B group with Natasha Ramos; however, plans fell through and she opted to leave the label instead of renewing her contact. In 2006, She made her guest appearance of Bananas in Pyjamas: Bumping and a-Jumping.
