Varlamov Ruslan (b. 6 July 1970, Kharkiv) is Ukrainian artist and teacher of painting.
Biography
In 2002 he graduated from the Kharkiv State School of Art.[1]
Since 1994, he has participated in many national, regional and group exhibitions.
In 2006 he became the winner in international exhibition "The ships and the sea" in Kharkov gallery "Maestro".[2]
His works are in private collections in Ukraine and abroad.[1]
The artist works in the field of easel painting. The genres of romantic landscape and still life prevail; he also paints portraits. On the issue of the art school, R. Varlamov himself associates the early works with the academic style, and the new ones with impressionism.[3]
