Veintemilla was a short-lived province of Ecuador, located in the modern-day province of Carchi. Its capital and largest city was Tulcán. Veintemilla bordered Imbabura to the south, Colombia to the north, Esmeraldas to the west, and the Oriente (modern-day Sucumbíos) to the east.

The province was named after José de Veintemilla. Nowadays, the province is largely forgotten due to its short-lived existence.

Cantons

The province had only one canton, and it was the Tulcán Canton. The canton still exists in the present-day province of Carchi.
