Shri Vijay Kumar Das is a founder, owner, publisher and Chief Editor[1] of Rashtriya Hindi Mail.[2][3] He started Rashtriya Hindi Mail[4] in Bhopal as a fortnightly publication in 1992. It then became a daily Hindi daily newspaper in Bhopal from 26th October 1996 and expanded to Indore, Gwalior and Raipur[2]. He is also a founding member and National Vice-President of Central Press Club.[5] Shri Vijay Kumar Das is the only journalist in Madhya Pradesh who owns, publishes and edits a Hindi daily newspaper. Mr. Das immeasurably worked as a journalist in Bhopal for more than 40 years and even today he is dedicated, committed with completely devoted to provide leadership to the team of Rashtriya Hindi Mail[4]. Mr. Vijay Kumar Das is a socialist, activist from student life and is a follower of Late Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya, the most popular socialist leader in India.
