Viktor Melnikov (Russian name: Виктор Мельников; born 9 July 1976) [1] is a Ukrainian born Danish actor. Melnikov has appeared in feature films and in several award-winning national television episodes like The Team, Everything Will be Fine, and The Protectors.
Early life[edit]
Melnikov is raised in a Belorussian and Ukrainian family, where he spent his early years living in a small forest village of Kotzubinskoye (укр. Коцюбинське) near Kiev [2] in the Ukraine.
Acting career[edit]

Melnikov graduated from The Danish National School of Performance Art at age 26. His breakthrough in Denmark came with “The Dream of a Ridiculous Man”, directed by Slava Kokorin, premiered in 2013.

- “The Dream of the Ridiculous Man” by Fyodor Dostoyevsky
- “Key Hole” by Vassily Sigarev
- “Cold Children” by Marius von Mayenburg
- “George Dandin” by Molière
- “The Marriage” by Nikolai Gogol
- “A Little Boy and His Story”. The performance is based on Dostoyevsky’s chapter “Rebellion” from “The Brothers Karamazov” and a short story “The beggar boy at Christ's Christmas tree”
and many others.
