Vinay Sutaria (born 16 November 1997) is a British writer and blogger. His works include, The Keshav Way (VinaySutaria.com, 2020) and Keshav (VinaySutaria.com, 2021). He writes regularly for a number of publications and has his own blog.[1]

Personal Life[edit]

Sutaria was born and raised in Leicester, England on 16 November 1997.[2] His parents are from Gujarat, India, a state where Sutaria spent part of his childhood. After completing his secondary education, he went on to study Computer Science at University of Leicester. Sutaria is an alumnus of University of Leicester.

He has since lived in both England and India. Sutaria suffers from Crohn's and Colitis, an autoimmune disorder affecting the digestive system. He says that this gave him the "initial spark to start writing". He identifies himself as a Hindu.[3] He regularly travels across the world to gain insights and experiences for his work. His experiences of journeying across the world are documented on his blog, as well as his published works.

Career[edit]

Sutaria is an IT professional and runs a number of his own entrepreneurial ventures but he refers to himself as an avid reader and writer by night. He is a well-versed speaker and is known for his powerful and inspirational oratory skills.[4] He refers to himself as a lifelong learner, who loves to share his ideas with others. Vinay is also a member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies).[5]

He regularly travels to India, where he gains new experiences and insights into philosophy and life. His works are based on his experiences and insights, which he gains from his travels across the world, particularly to India. He is the author of The Keshav Way (VinaySutaria.com, 2020) and Keshav (VinaySutaria.com, 2021).[1]
