Vince Michael Sabal is the current BED Pastoral Animator of Don Bosco Technical College-Cebu and the second and current President of the SYM-FIS, succeeding Rev. Fr. John Vernil Lopez, SDB from the post. He was ordained in the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, Cebu City, Philippines on May 24, 2018, together with Keith Belciña and Keith Amodia by Most Rev. Patricio Buzon, DD, SDB, Bishop of Bacolod.[1]
