Viraj Khanna
Viraj Khanna (born in Kolkata) is a collage artist, sculptor, and fashion entrepreneur. Khanna's debut solo art showcase was previewed on March 13 at The Loft, Quest Mall, presented by Gallery Art Exposure [1].Several Media [2] outlets have covered him for being the Indian artist who makes collages to form the basis of his sculptures and paintings [3]. He is well known for his fiberglass sculptures; [4] his artworks also include collage work with paper and cloth. Viraj uses embroidery and textiles in his collage work and paintings. They have been liberating as he was able to explore similar philosophies but in a different architecture. His exhibition title 'What My Mother Didn't Teach Me' [5] referred to his mother, designer Anamika Khanna.
