Vishal Sud (born on 19 March, 1981) is an Indian entrepreneur and businessman.[1] He is best known as the co-founder and President of Vcana Global Inc.[2] He is also the co-founder and MD of an emerging pharmaceutical company Srvatra Pharma India Pvt. Ltd.[3]
Vishal was the former COO and Director of Steccons, Inc., an IT consulting and US IT Staffing company.
Early life
Vishal was born in Jawalamukhi, a small town in the Kangra District in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India, on March 19, 1981. His father is a retired bank officer and his mother a homemaker.
Vishal completed a degree in BIT in 2003 from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. After graduation, Vishal did a master’s in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal University. In order to upgrade his skills and gain business acumen, in 2016, Vishal completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where he was intrigued to start his venture in the IT sector.
Career
Following his college in India, Vishal started his career at WNS Global Services in 2006, thereafter he worked with KMG Infotech and a few more organizations which helped him to reach the level of Sr. Business Manager. With an overall experience of over 11 years, in 2017, he started and co-founded Steccons, Inc., and this marked the beginning of his career as an entrepreneur. In 2019, Vishal and his partners formed Vcana Global[4] and since then he has been dedicatedly working and contributing towards the success of the company.
Personal life
Vishal is married to Rachna Sud, Marketing Director at Vcana Global Inc. She is also the Director of Uma Pravah Shakti Vahini Foundation, a non-governmental organization. They have two sons. Vishal Sud loves to cook when he gets some free time. He also loves to travel.
