History
[1]In 2003, it was established under its former name, Polar Mines Realty Ventures, Inc. It was later rebranded as Vista Residences, Inc. in 2009 catering to young professionals in Manila, Quezon City, Taguig, and Makati. Vista Residences later launched projects near the prestigious universities around Metro Manila, and expanded its scope as it started to offer condominium homes among students.
