[3]Vitalis Consulting was founded in Bucharest, in May 2006, by Florin Popa and Costi Anghel, both graduates of the Technical University of Civil Engineering from Bucharest.
In the beginning, Vitalis Consulting was providing fit-out management[4] services. Currently the company’s services portfolio comprises: Project Management, Cost Management, Site Inspection, Technical Due Diligence, Project Monitoring, Health and Safety Coordination, Design Coordination, Energy Certification[5]
Founders[edit]
Florin Popa (38 years old) graduated the Technical University of Civil Engineering from Bucharest, being the owner of a bachelor degree in Construction Management and City Planning. After graduation, he was employed as a Construction Project Manager[6] at a consultancy company in the real estate area. The idea of Vitalis Consulting has come up in 2005, and in May 2006, the company was founded. Florin Popa is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vitalis Consulting.
Costi Anghel graduated the M&E Faculty within the Technical University of Civil Engineering from Bucharest. After graduation, he was employed as a Technical and Commercial Representative at an international company in the construction materials sector. He joined Vitalis Consulting in 2007 as an Associate Director and Partner.
