Vladimir Vukmirović was the Kingdom of Yugoslavia's consul general in Montreal[1]from 1939 to 1946. [2]Even before the war ended, in 1944 Vladimir Vukmirović was a career opportunist by becoming a turncoat while at the same time saluting the freedom-fighting Chetniks of Draza Mihailovich in a newspaper interview in Montreal[3][4]. In 1946 the dictatorship of Communist Yugoslavia appointed him consul general in Chicago[5][6]
