Deputy of Kyiv city for the VIII click, member of the Parliament for Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, member of the Circle for Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Vice-President of Ukrainian Football Club, President of the Club FC Desna Chernihiv.[1][2][3][4]

Levіn Volodimir Illich was born in the city of Kyiv in the city of intellectuals: the father is the engineer-constructor, the mother is the economist.

On 26 october 2017 he become the president of the club FC Desna Chernihiv the main club in the city of Chernihiv.[5] [6]
