Dasitha Wagmee Wijesundara, (born 30, November 2001) Better Know By His Stage Name Wagmee, is a Sri Lankan Rapper, Songwriter, Actor, Director, Editor, Cinematography, Colorist, Photographer[1], Youtuber, Label Manager[2] & Fashion Designer.
Life And Career[edit]
Dasitha Wagmee Wijesundara Was Born On 30 November 2001 in Diyatalawa, Sri Lanka. Later on the line of music journey, he started his own company called Wagmeetv where the goal was to promote Sri Lankan rap music and artists into a higher platform in the industry. By using the company name, he launched a YouTube[3] channel where he put forward music video reactions, making top lists[4], interviewing Sri Lankan talented young artists, and so on. The turning point of his life came in 2017 where he released his third song "somiye" which reached a higher audience and social platforms in the Sri Lankan hip hop music industry. In 2020 Wagmee started Wagmee Production for music videos , film , short films and commercials.

Wagmee Originally Founded Wagmee Production As An Video Production Company in Sri Lanka In October 2020. He Began Directing Music Videos For Sri Lankan Rapper, First Music Video Is "Kuppayo[5]" Hiphop Music Video. After Kuppayo, Wagmee Production Directing Music Videos For Smokio, Master D, DKM, Momo The Rapper , Adeesha Beats, Apzi , Lil Shane, Dota, U Low, Shehan Miraj , Luna Xx, Reezy, Tee Cee, Big Haarsha, Neo, Snowtran.
In December 12, 2020, He Directed The Music Video For Momo The Rapper " Lankawe Kalawa" The Video Has Surpassed 1 Million Views On YouTube.
In March 3, 2021, He Directed The Music Video For Smokio, Reezy, Tee Cee " Kamini[6][7]' Which Peaked In Youtube Trending Music Tab. The Video Has Surpassed 4 Million Views On Youtube, Becoming His Most Popular Video.
