Wendy Lindquist, born on May 16, 1979 in British Columbia, is a Canadian ex-gymnast and dancer turned bodybuider, fitness model, and Strongwoman competitor. She began training for bodybuilding in 2001. She currently lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia. [1][2]

Wendy stands 5'3" and currently competes at a bodyweight of 128 lb. Her early contest history consisted mainly of regional shows. She made her first National-level appearances in 2003, coming fourth in the light-heavyweight and in her medium-short figure class.

Besides being a bodybuilder she competes in Strongwoman competitions and works as a model.
