West Los Angeles Transit Center
The West Los Angeles Transit Center is a terminal located immediately underneath Interstate Highway 10 on Washington Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue. Many bus routes run by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Culver City Transit begin and terminate at this terminal. Buses traveling on La Cienega Boulevard, Fairfax Avenue, I-10, Adams Boulevard, Jefferson Boulevard, and to/from Downtown Los Angeles all enter/leave the West Los Angeles Transit Center. Ridership levels are fairly high during rush hours, but service slows down during the evening/late night.
Recently some Metro bus headsigns and timetables refer to this location as Washington/Fairfax Transit Hub.
