Westchester United F.C. (WUFC) is a semi-professional soccer club based in Westchester County, New York. Established in 2014, WUFC mens' team plays in United Premier Soccer League and the women's team competes in the Women's Premier Soccer League .
History[edit]
Westchester United F.C. was established in 2014 as a youth soccer club.[1] In 2019 it competed for the first time with its under 19 boys team in the Torneo di Viareggio.[2] In February 2020, it competed in the second edition of the Viareggio Women's cup with its under 19 girls team.[3] In July 2020, WUFC was announced as a semi-professional men's team playing in the United Premier Soccer League.[4] In November 2020, WUFC was announced as a semi-professional women's team playing in the Women's Premier Soccer League.[5]
