The White Spot Pipe Band is a youth pipe band that is sponsored by White Spot Restaurants and is based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
History
The band was founded in 1956 as the Optimist Junior Pipe Band by Don Bellamy and Malcolm Nicholson.[1][2] In 1963, the band changed its name to the White Spot Pipe Band after White Spot Restaurants began a sponsorship agreement with the band.[1]

The band is managed by Kyla MacNeil, who is also the head snare drum instructor. Former Triumph Street pipe major Hal Senyk is the head piping instructor.[4]
