WHOKILLEDXIX (formerly XIX) is an American rap duo.[1] They were closely associated with the Alt TikTok subculture, and saw success with songs such as "spy?".[2]
Originating in Connecticut, the band consists of childhood friends Alex “Yung Skayda” Damian Calderon and Kareem “Karm the Tool” Casique Patterson, who are now based in Los Angeles.[1][3] The band first saw success with a clip from the single "Kismet", which became a viral trend on TikTok, in the Alt TikTok subculture.[4] They went on to release three albums and a large number of singles, and have over 150 million streams on Spotify.[5][6] In an article for Revolver, John Hill described said "[their] tracks hop from one genre to the next with glee, though orbiting around a steady foundation of metal and hip-hop".[7]
