Whoopee Camp was a video game company that developed the Tomba! videogames (Tombi! in the PAL region and オレっ!トンバ (Ore! Tomba) in Japan). The company started in 1997. It was directed by Tokuro Fujiwara, who also created the videogames Ghosts'n Goblins and Mega Man. After the disappearance of the company, several of the employees went to Access Games.

Both video games received positive reviews, however, they were sold badly, so the company went into dormancy shortly after the release of the second videogame, Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return.[1] In 2015 Tokuro began using the company again for consultant jobs. [2]
