WILD FABRIK

WILD FABRIK is an e-commerce platform that launched in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) in October 2021 to promote sustainability in fashion.

They offer support to local SMEs looking to break into the market through events and podcasts.[1]

Founders

Gergana Abdulrahman, Khalid Abdulrahman, Alexis Gibson, and Reine Naoum are the four founders of WILD FABRIK, who all have experience in various industries.

Gergana Abdulrahman is a part of the Startup Bootcamp sustainability cohort (Netherlands, 2021) [2] which contributes to the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Khalid Abdulrahman follows the vision of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for sustainable commerce.

With over 30 eco-friendly brands currently partnered, WILD FABRIK supports conscious brands and fair trade fashion.

WILD FABRIK supports over 30 conscious brands and fair trade fashion for a range of products.

The company posts blogs on its website about lifestyle, mental health, climate change, wellness, sustainability, greenwashing, fashion and trends, natural alternatives, and other topics.

WILD FABRIK has had several pop-up shops in Dubai, UAE. In November 2021, they opened a pop-up shop at the Dubai Expo 2020 in the USA pavilion.[3]

Giving back

From September 2021, WILD FABRIK signed an MOU with AZRAQ, a non-profit organization that aims to protect marine life in the UAE. They have done podcasts about an ethical way of living.[4]

WILD FABRIK has also signed an MOU with Thrift for Good, with the aim to create a circular economy.
