Will Parfitt (born June 23, 1990) is an English dancer and entertainer based in Melbourne, Victoria.[1][2][3] He gained recognition because of his striking resemblance to Channing Tatum, and his career as a stripper similar to Tatum's role in Magic Mike.[4]
Biography
Parfitt was born in Croydon in South London on June 23, 1990.[5][6] He moved to Australia in 2012.[7][8][9]
Parfitt stated in a media interview that after he moved to Australia he spent a lot of time partying and travelling around the country.[10][11] In 2017, a club promoter began calling Parfitt Channing due to his resemblance to the actor Channing Tatum.[12][13][14] The promoter introduced Parfitt to Magic Men, which was the start of Parfitt's career as a male stripper.[15][16][17][18][19]
Parfitt has a notable online social media presence, especially on Instagram and TikTok.[20][21][22][23]
