William Bugeme alias Boss Mutoto is a Congolese born Ugandan based Socialite[2], entreprenuer and fashionista.[3]
Early Life & Education Background[edit]
Bugeme was born on February 15, 1985 in Kinshasha in D. R. Congo. He attended The INSTITUT D'IBANDA (Athénée Royal de Bukavu, Complexe Scolaire la Virunga and the University of ISDR, Bukavu. He joined Makerere University where he majored in the English Language as well he graduated with a Bachelors in computer Sciences from the Aptech Institute of Computer Science.[6][7]
Career[edit]
Bugeme is a co-founder of “White Party”[8] an annual event which happen in Kampala. [9][10][11][12] He is known for his extravagant expenditures in clubs.[13][14]
Community Work[edit]
He has participated in community development projects both in Uganda and DRC such as at Katana Rubavu Hospital[15] [16]advocate for social issues like sanitation[17], teenage pregnancies and girl child education
