William Thomas Edwards (21 November 1863 – 20 March 1940) or Gwilym Deudraeth, was a Welsh poet.
Early life[edit]
Born in the town of Caernarfon in 1863, he was one of 11 children, and was brought up in the village of Penrhyndeudraeth. He took his poetic name from that area. His sister was Fanny Winifred Edwards, a children's book author. His father was a sailor.
Death[edit]
Edwards died on 20 March 1940 at the age of 76.
