Window
Sally is a threat that you can encounter in The Hotel.
Method
Sally will pop up inside of a window whenever she spawns, and a horse toy outline will be shown. To deal with Sally, you should refrain from picking up the horse, as Sally is after the Stupid Horsie. If you do not pick it up, Sally will leave you alone after a while. However, if you pick up the stupid horsie, you need to run away from Sally. Sally eventually despawns after opening five doors, but other entities can still spawn while Sally is chasing you.
Strategy
Most professional players will avoid looting if they notice that Sally is in the room, as picking up the Stupid Horsie is a really big disadvantage and most players try to avoid it. However, if they pick up the stupid horsie, they will usually try eating Vitamins or using a Starlight Vial, Starlight Bottle, or Starlight Jug to rush as fast as possible, so that Rush does not attack them while they are trying to despawn Sally.
Information
Sally did not deal any damage before The Content Update. However, after the content update, Sally deals 20% of your health, being unable to end your run. Sally appears inside of The Hotel, as well as Hotel-, Daily Runs, and Trick or Treat Vision.
