Wisdom In Motion was established in 2019 to address gaps in youth mentorship and vocational guidance in the Hutchinson area.[4] Founder Michael Jobe, a community leader and pastor, envisioned an organization that would connect underserved youth with meaningful opportunities and resources for personal and professional growth.[5]

WIM offers a diverse array of youth development initiatives:

WIM has forged partnerships with local entities like the NAACP Youth and Hutch In Harmony.
