Woni (Korean: 원이) is a South Korean singer and the leader of the girl group Rescene. Her hometown of Geoje and her personal online video work became part of the group's public profile during its 2026 rise in attention.[1]
Career
Woni debuted as a member of Rescene on March 26, 2024, with the group's single album Re:Scene.[2]
In 2026, Woni began a personal YouTube channel featuring unscripted entertainment and everyday-life videos. The channel was reported as an important route through which viewers discovered Rescene beyond the group's music releases.[3][4]
One of the channel's most widely reported episodes featured Woni and Japanese member Minami in a gyaru-themed video.
