Woodgrove Retirement Village is a planned community catering to affluent senior citizens (age 60 and over) in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The village includes townhouses of different sizes as well as a frailcare.[1] It is owned and operated by PADCA.[2] It is situated on 18.5 ha (46 acres) of land,[3] at 28a Howick Road in Pietermaritzburg,[4] and has more than 150 residents.[5]
Amenities[edit]
The village includes a library, a pub and a main hall named the Louis Sennet Centre in honor of its founder.
