Wu Assassins: Fistful of Vengeance is an upcoming American action thriller film directed by Roel Reiné, and written by Cameron Litvack, Jessica Chou and Yalun Tu. The film stars Iko Uwais, Lewis Tan, Lawrence Kao, JuJu Chan, Pearl Thusi, Francesca Torney, Jason Tobin, Rhatha Phongam and Simon Kuke.
Premise[edit]
Fistful of Vengeance will see the Wu Assassin team reunite in Bangkok to avenge the death of one of their own, only to find that their new enemy is an ancient threat armed with otherworldly powers.

Production[edit]
On February 26, 2021, Netflix ordered a 90-minute film project titled Wu Assassins: Fistful of Vengeance. It will act as a follow-up to the first season of Wu Assassins. Living Films was involved in the production of the film. Roel Reiné directed the film, whilst Cameron Litvack, Jessica Chou and Yalun Tu helmed the screenplay.[2] After the film announcement, it was confirmed that Iko Uwais, Lewis Tan, Lawrence Kao and JuJu Chan will reprise their respective roles from the series in Wu Assassins: Fistful of Vengeance. Additionally, it was confirmed that Pearl Thusi, Francesca Torney, Jason Tobin, Rhatha Phongam and Simon Kuke were cast in the film.[2][3]
Filming for Wu Assassins: Fistful of Vengeance took place in Thailand in early 2021.[2][4]
