X:in (Hangul: 엑신; RR: Egsin) is a multinational female idol group from South Korea that is under Escrow Entertainment. They made their debut on April 11, 2023 with their single album "Ready X:IN". This group consists of five members: Roa, Chi.u, E.sha, Nova, and Aria.
Name[edit]
The name X:in itself has the meaning that X represents an unknown function ( As in mathematics ), which means that the group expresses things that cannot be defined in the world in their own colors.

Pre-debut[edit]
Before their debut, Roa used to be a solo singer with the stage name, Jieun.K.
Just like Roa, previously Chi.u was a solo singer with the stage name, J-DAY.
E.sha was previously a member of the South Korean female vocal group G-(i)kon from 2019 to 2020 with her birth name, Kwon Jiyu. Afterwards, she debuted again as a member of the South Korean female vocal group Laonzena from 2021 to 2022 with the stage name, ChaeE.
Before starting a career in South Korea, Nova was once a voice actor Russian propagated films like The Amazing World of Gumball as Anais Watterson, Despicable Me 2 as Agnes, and many more.
Aria was a child actress . She starred in a film Melvilasom in 2011 as Ammu.[1]
Previously, all members had been part of a multinational female idol group from South Korea, MEP-C. However, after a change in the debut line system, they were finally transferred by their old agency to a new agency that was ready to want to compete for a new idol group.
2023-present: Introduction and debut with Ready X:IN[edit]
On March 4, Escrow Entertainment revealed their new group, X:in, by releasing its first member, Roa, followed by E.sha on March 5, Chi.u on March 6, Nova on March 7, and Aria on March 8.
On March 12, they released the pre-debuted digital single "Who Am I" along with their first appearance at the concert "44th K-Stage Yes or No concert". On the same day, it was announced that X:in would make their debut in April 2023.
On April 5, it was revealed that they would debut on April 11, 2023, with the single album "Keeping The Fire" also known as "Ready X:IN ( Keeping the Fire)".[2]
