Search Xeelo on Amazon.Xeelo (stylized as Xeelo) is a cloud-based workflow automation software developed by Xeelo Ltd.
Xeelo was developed as a platform to help companies with digital transformation that provides an intuitive approach to creating workflows, managing master data across multiple existing systems and working as a document management system.
The intention is for Xeelo to sit on top of existing enterprise software (ERP's, strategic systems, legacy applications) and provide a cost-effective way to enhance the existing systems landscape by working with those systems and providing a single user platform for managing daily operational needs for end users.
Xeelo intends to be a disruptive player in its field, with a licensing policy that allows unlimited free requestors/requests, free admin users and a simple pay as you go (PAYG) licence model for "workflow approvers" (those who deal with requests, but didn't create them). There is also no cost for any number of non-production environments to help with testing and deployment.
History
Xeelo was launched in 2015 at the Czech Association for Finance Management (CAFIN)[1] conference on IT For Finance. The product has been named as the 2016 IT Product of the Year, in the Information Systems category by Computer World magazine.[2]
It operates as both a cloud-based solution with Microsoft Azure, Amazon and other hosting services, or as an on-premise solution requiring only standard SQL and IIS for its operations.
It is built using a 3-layer architecture:
User Layer - Angular JS 2
Application Layer - ASP.NET MVC
Database Layer - SQL
It is a "built for cloud" application, designed entirely using Microsoft online development services, but written with on-premise requirements in mind, to allow for both models to work equally well.
