Xigou

The Xigou (Chinese: 细狗/Xi4 Gou3 meaning slender dog, also known as Xian) is a type of sighthound found in Shanxi and Hebei provinces of China. Some have a snout that is banana-shaped. One of the earliest pieces of information about the Xigou can be found on a painted mural in the imperial Tang dynasty tomb of Prince Zhanghuai in Xian.
