Xord is a Web3 research and development organization based in Pakistan focused on introducing the network of blockchain technology through research,[1] open-source contributions,[2] and ventures like BlockApex,[3] Expedite Design,[4] and VoirStudio.[5] Xord also deals in blockchain education and advocacy via a community named Blockship.[6] Xord is also included as a silver sponsor of the Eth Dubai Conference.[7]
History
In 2018, Xord was founded by a group of college students, Abdul Sami Khawaja[8] and Salman Khan[9] – the co-founders of Xord.[10] Xord has given access to building DApps and blockchain products, and creating data-driven research based on Web3.
Research
Xord mainly researches Ethereum, Zero-Knowledge, and Miner Extractable Value (MEV). Ethereum research is mainly based on R&D on the Ethereum blockchain while contributing to the eth client, Lodestar. Research on Zero-Knowledge proofs is aligned with the STARKs and SNARKs technology along with Zero-Knowledge interactive and non-interactive proofs. MEV research is based on MEV-based products, tools, bots, and smart contracts.
Xord Solutions
Xord focuses on resolving the bottlenecks of blockchain networks with services, particularly in the fields of DeFi, Layer 2 solutions[buzzword], digital identity, asset tokenization, and Governance.
The blockchain solutions[buzzword] are specialized in Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, Tron, Binance, Eosio, Stellar and Polkadot blockchains. Xord has also created independent DApps like Numio, Cryptodelivery, and XIO.
